What the site stores in your browser
The site keeps a few preferences in your browser's storage: whether sound and vibration are on, and whether you have already seen the intro. They stay on your device. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, it processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.
Talk to Qora, our voice agent
The voice agent only starts when you press “Start conversation” and allow the microphone. Your voice is streamed to ElevenLabs, which processes it to transcribe and answer on our behalf. We keep the transcript and the details you share, such as your name, organization and email, for up to 90 days so our team can follow up. Audio recordings are not stored. Please don't share sensitive information in the conversation.
Booking a diagnostic
Bookings are handled by Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com processes your name, email and the details you enter to schedule the call and send the invitation. The call takes place on Cal Video. The booking calendar loads from Cal.com only when you open it, and Cal.com's own privacy policy applies to that window. If you book during a conversation with the voice agent, the page tells the agent the day and time you chose so it can confirm them with you.
If you write to us, we use your message only to reply and follow up on your request.
Who we share data with
We don't sell personal data. We share it only with the providers named on this page, to run these features.
